thinking outside
the box is our motto
Real estate agents know that stone benchtops are without a doubt, a massive selling point. A simple 10K kitchen renovation can easily add 20K to your sale price.
On average, a brand new kitchen renovation can cost $30K but unless the kitchen is in poor condition, there’s really no need to replace it completely.
By resurfacing your existing benchtop with our exclusive stone, you’re saving on the labour involved to rip out the old, as well as the cost of materials needed to build brand new.
Our benchtop stone choices are available in two ranges; Stone and Marble. Both are comprised of the same superior stone materials but the manufacturing process is more involoved for the marble option in order to create the realistic marble veins found throughout each sheet.
The marble option is approximately 30% more than our standard stone range but it does create that wow factor if that’s your preferred taste.
what about kitchen doors?
Sometimes a simple kitchen benchtop or splashback resurface is enough to impress potential buyers come inspection day – yes we can also resurface existing splashback tiles! – but if you also want to replace the old kitchen doors for new, you’ll be able to achieve the look of a brand new kitchen without the hefty price tag.
We have three kitchen door ranges to choose from – Melamine, Ultraglaze Acrylic and Polyurethane.
Melamine doors are our entry-level kitchen doors which are a great no-frills option if you’re thinking of selling or you’re after a simple flat panel door. They come in a wide range of colours and finishes including timber look options which work beautifully in two-tone kitchens for a contemporary, coastal style.
Ultraglaze Acrylic doors are our mid-range kitchen doors. They are extremely durable so a great choice if you have young kids or pets. They are available as a flat panel door in a gloss or matt finish and come in a simpler choice of neutral colours.
Polyurethane Doors are very popular for Hamptons style kitchens. They are available in both flat panel and any profile you wish such as shaker or V Groove panels. You can choose whichever Dulux colour and gloss percentage you like. 30% gloss provides a smooth satin finish which is the most popular choice. Given the level of customisation involved, these are our most expensive door.
